Organise in the Best Way

Today when I attend the class of Class – X, one of my student burst upon me!
And then student Nazim without giving any interval shouted: How you suggest organizing without knowing the difficulties, she faced during study.
……….hmmm yes it is difficult for me! :?

Nazima...You first listen to me and try to understand the procedure of organizing in the best way during your study. If you would find any difficulty afterwards then I am responsible for the cause.

For the purpose of written examination the most efficient procedure is to file your facts away in the form in which you will need it.

Nazima… May I know that which subject you fill boring during study?

Hmmm…SOCIAL STUDY sir…….she tells with grim voice.

Ok Nazima, now I give you an idea to overcome from these difficulties. For instance, you want to learn answer to the question:

Question: What were the causes of XYZ revolution?

Answer: (a) The existing system of government.
(b) Influence of philosophers.
(c) Demands of revolutionists.
(d) Bankruptcy of the governments
(e) Famine, cold, etc…

Nazima…once you understand the above five points and there relation with each other (if any), you are in a better position to write a good answer.

Nazima do you understand…… such summaries are important because they enable a systematic storage of large amount of information the list of points can serve as a framework around which the full knowledge of framework can be acquired. Similarly, in taking notes, it is good practice to number or letter your major headings and sub-divide the major paragraphs 1(a), 1(b), 1(c) or A(i), (ii),…etc.

Ohhhhh……..Atlast Nazima sees on me with smiling and feels sorry for her act.

………………..continuing…don’t go away…………..
