Learning Curve

Sunday, February 25, 2007

Hey student do you notice the following……………is it happens….

· The initial period of very little progress, as the learner find his way about the task. If you take up an entirely new subject there is bond to be a period of small progress as you learn to deal with a new concept.

· A period of rapid progress as you begin to see light and spurred on by the interest and novelty of the task.

· Period of slow progress as a result of flagging interest and the increased difficulty of the task.

· Slower climb to upper limit of the skill.

But I here remind you……....not all the learning curves will be of this form and there will be irregularities and short – term fluctuations in the individual cases. The important point to note is that learning takes its time.

Then what you say about MORAL………you should not become discourage when you seem to be stuck on a plateau. As you accumulate experience, difficulty seems to disappear. In all learning advances tend to come irregularity and in bursts, as you gain fresh insight into the subject.

…………………..do we continue??????????...................comment!!!!!!!!!
